It’s amazing what a truly terrible cup of coffee served in a diner in rural Montana can do. RC Beall and his wife and business partner Beth founded Texas Coffee Traders after that fateful cup of joe sent RC on a journey of coffee conquest. Texas Coffee Traders has kept Austin caffeinated (so the rest of us can keep it weird) since it set up shop in 1994. This East Austin establishment is on a mission to roast top quality beans while adhering to a commitment of “sustainability, quality, and community.”
