In 2010, they opened their very own cheese shop allowing them to fulfill their dreams of eating great cheese, talking to whomever would listen, traveling the world and spending more time together. Nestled in historic Hyde Park, their shop focuses on sourcing the finest artisanal cheese and providing cut to order service in a relaxed, "taste before you buy" experience.
